Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This is a more vigorous flowing style of yoga. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." Classes include breathing techniques, flow sequences and difficult poses, all designed to move individuals forward in their yoga practice.

Body and Balance Yoga

A vinyasa, or flowing style yoga, "Body in Balance" incorporates balance poses into each session to further improve your mind-body connection as you practice. All levels are welcome!

Corrective Yoga and Breathing

A progressive session to build your practice of Yoga. This Hatha style yoga is centered around holding each pose for a series of breaths to help restore the flow of energy and release tensions. So come prepared to feel great and full of energy after each class. Bring a small pillow and wear loose comfortable clothing.
