Nervous about trying Spin for the first time? Try our Friday Bike Fit & Mini Spin at 4:30pm with Erin! We'll take the first 5-10 minutes to make sure every new rider is properly fitted to their bike, talk through what to expect & how to adjust the ride to your level, then enjoy a 20-25 minute ride designed for beginners. Just $5 drop in & you can come as many time as you like!
