We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 

Circuit FLEX

This type of exercise works whole body and improves conditioning and muscular endurance. Open circuit training is done by performing one exercise after another, set up at various stations. (last start at 9:45am)

Mixed Level Spin

Designed to raise your heart rate, burn calories, and strengthen the lower body, Spin classes offer the benefits of group exercise with the flexibility of working at your own level. All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome! Come find inspiration to challenge yourself to a new level and get a GREAT workout.

 

 

TRX Training

Strength & Conditioning

We’ll cover you from top to bottom as we systematically work through arms, chest, back, abs and thighs in this traditional strength training class. This is a great way to  build a foundation of strength and the perfect opportunity to build upon the strength you already have. Guaranteed to get your metabolism going!

Pre-Natal Yoga

Kettlebell Training is a mixture of skills building and high intensity circuit training making for both a fun and challenging experience. The intensity of the session can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions. For this reason beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class. Kettlebell training will build long lean muscles, improve strength and power in the upperbody, core and increase coordination, joint mobility and overall endurance.

R.I.P.P.E.D

Join certified R.I.P.P.E.D. Instructor, Elaine and experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective…You DO NOT want to miss out on this awesome workout!

Intro to Total Body BOSU

This BOSU training class is designed to help with posture, balance and movement control. Enjoy a full body workout that focuses on body weight exercises to stabilize your core, increase strength, stamina and endurance.

 

Chair Yoga

Breathe, stretch, and flow as you relax your body and calm your mind in this gentle yoga class! Achieve many familiar yoga poses with the support of the chair to easy any strain or discomfort on the knees, hips, and back.

Mixed Level Yoga

A gentle yoga for beginners looking to develop flexibility, strength, and most importantly, relax! Improve your mindbody connection by letting your breathing guide your postures and flow in our low-pressure environment. Modifications and props will be offered as needed.

Mommy & Me Fitness

Fitness fun designed for moms and tots (infants to 4yrs). Build strength and endurance while incorporating your little one into a fun workout!

Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This
high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
