Kids and families are important to us! We offer classes that incorporate family fitness to inspire the whole family. Work out together or separately, at the studio or onsite. We bring programming to schools through PTA programs, specialty events and after school programs. Find out more at

Tots Camp

A mixture of kids activities including crafts, dance, games, fitness-based exercises, and yoga. Fun for the whole group!

PLF Family Fit (Mommy & Me)

PLF Family Fit is just like our Mommy & Me class. It is open to dads, grandparents, caretakers, and friends. It is not just for Moms anymore! Come and enjoy fitness fun designed for the whole family. Build strength and endurance while incorporating your little one into a fun workout!

Kids Fit Boot Camp

Our program is designed to help children work on developing cardiovascular/muscular endurance, team work, perseverance of physical and mental challenges. The atmosphere created by the class is fun and motivational which fosters a “can do” attitude. No two classes are the same. For kids who are new to exercise, our program introduces them to fitness at an early age and makes it easier for them to this “healthy habit”for the rest of their lives.

Kids Running Program

Runnings all about participation and developing a healthy lifestyle, not about being the fastest kid in the program. We create fun running games, drills and activities to keep your children active. We also learn the basic fundamentals of running like proper stretching, shoes, hydration and more. 

Kids Yoga

Children will learn to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenge poses, partner and group poses and lots of yoga games.
